French script side table

Here I have a little side/lamp table. I picked this up for FREE on the side of the street; I have had a lot of luck lately with finding little treasures. After completing my typography coffee table, I became addicted to transferring. I decided this piece would be perfect for a little French script.

I painted the top in my home made chalk paint (instructions coming soon). I then once again downloaded the script from The graphics Fairy, and transferred it (you can read how I transfer here). I then distressed like crazy...

This was one of the quickest pieces I have ever completed, love how fast chalk paint drys !!

Here are some of the finished pictures (once again no before picture, new years resolution take before pictures !!!! )

I have recently found your blog and am now following you, and will visit often. Please stop by my blog and perhaps you would like to follow me also. Have a wonderful day. Hugs, Chris

  4. I love your little table and to find something in such good shape is unheard of around here. You did a great job. I've given you the "Versatile Blogger" award. Please stop by and see what it is all about.
